Creamy Pesto

3/4 cup (3 packet worth) of Mozzerella Chreese mix
1 to 1 1/4 cup of Rice Milk  (milk – dairy or non-dairy)
3 tablespoons of Earth Balance Margarine
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1-2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil

• Bring mixture to a boil and simmer until desired consistency and taste is obtained.
• Can be poured over pasta or chilled and used as salad dressing.
• Additional optional items can be added: fresh rosemary, mushrooms, etc.
